What a great little gem of a store! I was used to shopping at the big brand pet store near my house until it moved onto a big main street a block away. It's all fancy now but once I went looking for a pet comb for my cat and they didn't have one but suggested I try Paul's and so I did, they had what I was looking for but it was more expensive than at the big brand store so they matched the price. I thought that was really amazing. And today I went in to compare the food pricing since I always purchased at the other store. I told them the price was identical so they gave me a 5% off to encourage me to come back. And I think I will switch stores from now on because this store is a neighbourhood store, not a big brand store and I like that. I also like the quality of their service. I highly recommend this store!

Visited this pet shop, and was horrified to find a python in a tiny enclosure, and too many birds with not enough space to spread their wings. There were also four rabbits (it was unclear whether they were neutered), in one tiny glass enclosure with no access to hay- 90% of a rabbits diet should be hay. I could never shop somewhere, where animals arent treated well.. PLEASE AVOID
