Just average quality work on several jobs, but outstanding advice and work on one big one, where they repaired a broken main drain outside for less than half the price quoted by our regular plumber, saving us many thousands. Abe Cohen did great work on this job.They excavated only a small area directly over the break, and replaced only the broken section, not the whole pipe as quoted by the other firm, digging so precisely that our plantings were undamaged and our yard showed none of the usual slump afterwards. That bought a lot of loyalty from us.
Jeff Cohen was a gentleman on the phone and extremely patient while I did my best to explain the problem we had after our sump pump failed on April 1st. As our pump failed on a holiday, Jeff had to call all of his plumbers who would be willing to come in on their day off. The plumber showed up quickly to our house in Beaconsfield. Gilles the plumber was a true professional who was great with our dog. Not only did Gilles give impeccable service and did great work on Easter Monday, he also cleaned up and left everything better off than we had it in the first place. Given the quotes from other companies, their price was more than reasonable. This is a great family business and I will recommend them without any hesitation. Thank you!
Good work .Fair on labour. When it comes to the prices of their parts a tad exagerrated....some parts on my bill are marked up by 500% - 600%. The parts on my bill could have been purchased for a third of what i was charged.

worst service ever. Billed twice more than the estimate. Stay away. They will get the job by quoting less but will charge double.
