Great gym and always super clean . Love the machines and the staff is like family now .Good job guys .

I really enjoy my workouts at studio one. It's got more than enough equipment and never a wait for a machine. The people are all friendly and you feel confident with yourself as its all about fitness. The manager/owners are great . Always a hello and goodbye !
Friendly staff, convenient and clean location. Some of the equipment is a bit long in the tooth and could be upgraded (e.g. elliptical)
Great classes, but it needs more cardio machines and it doesnt have changing rooms
