I have bought jewelry from Alberto's for many years now. It's a family owned business. Every time I have visited, the service has been exceptional. They are polite and very accommodating. I brought in two semi-precious stones and they made me two beautiful rings. The rings fit perfectly. I had two pendants made too. The rings and pendants were well made. It was designed as I asked. They have a large selection of semi precious stones and their prices are affordable. You need to take your time because they have a good selection.

Upon first visiting this store, my partner and I had a fantastic experience. We had asked for information concerning the shortening of a bracelet. The employee was more than happy to give information concerning our enquiry. A couple of days later, we had decided to visit the shop in order to have the bracelet shortened. The same employee was there and he offered $7 for the work and said to be back in an hour. He measured my partner's wrist and it seemed good. We returned in one hour and the bracelet was ready. My partner tried it on, and it was still too long. The employee refused to redo the work he was tasked with and stated that he would charge another $7 to shorten it again. He gave attitude when we appeared to be shocked. One would expect that an employee would want his clients to leave the store with a smile and to be satisfied with the service. We were not at all satisfied and this type of service is absolutely terrible. We would not recommend visiting for such a thing.
