They not only had my watched fixed for the following day (today), but at a very reasonable price. Every staff member I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. These guys are great! We were looking for an engagement ring and pretty much all the jewelry shops we visited judged us and didn't want to deal with us when we said we do not want diamonds! These gentlemen were very kind, They worked with us to change a stone on the ring I liked, offered options and at the end the result was beautiful!
My boyfriends watch got run over by a bus and it was totally mangled. Originally i brought it to a jeweller in Rockland who asked $375 to repair it. At diplomate it was only $130 and they gave me different options within my price range. They even fixed the clasp for free instead of charging me for a new one. I was able to surprise my boyfriend with the watch in time for his birthday and he loved it! He really couldnt believe that his watch looked just like new again. Amazing jewellery shop and great people. I had a ring to resize considerably, and because of this it was a tricky situation. I got quotes from two other stores which gave me a crazy price of 50 to 75$ to repair my gold band. When I arrived at Diplomate Diamantaire I quickly saw the difference. The man who served me was extremely helpful and kind, took my band and examined it carefully to make sure that it could be done properly and took all the time to answer my questions. With this amazing service I thought that I would be paying a lot of money, but I was happily surprised by the very reasonable cost. I got my ring back very quickly and it looked and was perfect, shinier than I ever had it and the exact size. I couldn't be happier! Impeccable service. Will return for all other jewellery needs. A+
